If cats can be trained, then why can't cats be put on a leash when they go out for a walk? Why can't you tie a cat outside and know it will be there when you come back to check on it? Why can't you teach it to stay off the furniture or drapes?

Ive always had an outdoor cat but one of my cats named Leada (male) disappeared one day when we moved i looked for him every were i found him by the old apartments pool once but that same night my parents kicked him out because he had "fleas" just so you know i had my Leada for most of my life he was like the little brother i never had. He disappeared after that I miss him i sometimes yell his name at the apartment but he never comes back. I wish i never moved then maybe i could still be with him and be with Leada in his last moments.
